Works as well as can be expected
I'm pretty picky and I don't usually give 5 stars. This product is pretty good. It does not include a class shelf to set AV component on. However, I think a class shelf is unnecessary as it restricts air flow anyway and is just anther thing to clean. This thing is sturdy and easy to mount. The only thing keeping it from getting a "5" is the fit and finish. Screw holes were a little off center for securing the shelf to the wall bracket. I would also like this to be modular and allow multiple shelves to be linked together and allow cables to pass through. Also the price is a bit high considering the simple design and very litte materials invlolved in production.
Great shelving solution at a fair price.
This component shelf was extremely easy to mount and works great. It is good looking and is the perfect solution for a couple of components mounted out of the way. I'd prefer to have the arm swivel so components could be angled in or out, but the price would probably be prohibitive.
Great Floating Shelf
Awesome, inexpensive way to float your components without a large shelf. Extremely sturdy when you mount it as directed on a stud in the wall. Give excellent support and hasn't sagged on give signs of ever sagging.
Sanus Systems VMAVB Component Shelf Wall Mount
We ordered this to hold a satellite box below a new flat screen tv in our bedroom. It had to be mounted in the corner and there was no way to do it with the hardware included. My husband had to manufacture a V-shaped piece out of wood, paint it black & then use it as a bracket to attach the mount to the wall. Works great & looks great but... it would be better if a corner-mount option could be included in the hardware pkg.
Component Shell Wall
This product is easy to install and it looks good with my 42" LCD TV.
It is pretty good if you have a piece of glass to put on this product before puting your components.
